We will spend our week meditating, taking yoga classes (one energetic flow in the morning and a chill flow in the afternoon). We will have lunar and cosmic rituals, workshops on astrology and massage as well as powerful group hypnosis sessions that will allow us to make change from the subconscious mind.

And lots of laughter!

We will enter the Atlantic and our own inland sea every day to purify body, mind and spirit.

The Accommodation

Nexo is an eco-friendly surfhouse located a few meters from the beach of El Palmar, in Cádiz.

It has extraordinary facilities, rooms with private bathrooms, surf school, massage cabin, yoga platform, etc. ...

The Location

Southern Spain, close to the Straits of Gibraltar separating Europe from Africa, with sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean. El Palmar de Vejer is a low-key beach community with a slow Spanish pace of life - ideal for leaving behind the hustle of an unnecessarily busy society. Surfers enjoy riding the waves year-round and it’s an ideal place to learn. Enjoy the beautiful ground at Nexo Surfhouse, or This area is filled with history from Southern Europe and North Africa. The closest airport is Jerez, just 80 km from the beach and you can take buses at your convenience that leave from the airport to El Palmar for a very economical price.

You can also arrive in private taxi from the Jerez airport.

There will be a vegetarian menu with natural, local products from the nearby countryside.
