I can still remember well my astro yoga class with Megan. The recurring theme of 'warrior' got me into a transcendent state of mind and made me feel like I was being prepared for some ancient battle thousands of years ago. It gave me energy from ancestral spirits. Quite an awakening experience

This retreat felt quite different to other retreats I have done in the past, it was not designed for the big crowd, it has a very personal approach. From the moment I booked the retreat I felt very cared for, Megan and Larisa are kind, thoughtful and attentive. The theme of the retreat I did was 'Release, detox & flow“' Having a theme during the week I could focus on made the whole experience much more meaningful and beneficial.

We had yoga classes twice a day. I was a bit reluctant about the classes at first, since I haven’t practiced yoga in the last 2 years. But Larisa challenged me in a good way to give my best efforts with a lot of smiles and moments of laughter. Megan’s Yin yoga classes were a nice way to slow down and connect with myself at the end of the day. In just one week I saw a lot of progress in my yoga practice.

The whole program is directed towards giving you a very intimate, personal and authentic experience. 

With her yoga class, Megan created a very healing space for me to deeply reconnect with my body and mind. I loved how she connected the yoga flow with astrology, allowing me to tap into the season we were in right now. Her soothing voice helped me to stay present, calm and focused during the whole session. Also, the way she guided me through this class was so loving and calm and she was showing such a presence, that I could truly let go and forget about anything else around me and really dive into that experience. This is not your everyday yoga class, but a multifaceted experience, which allowed me to not only rest my nervous system but also to gain true inspiration.

The retreat Arise, Inspire & Flow in Pluma Hidalgo was really wonderful: a perfect combination of yoga, rituals & nature. The Finca is in the middle of nowhere, a great place to disconnect from the world and connect with yourself.
I loved starting the day with Larisas vinyasa clases in the morning, enjoyed the free time at the pool or discovering nearby waterfalls. The evenings were very mystic with Megan’s special combination between yin yoga and rituals, I could learn so much new about myself and I feel really grateful for the time I could spend there with all this lovely people ♡

The retreat was incredible healing, transformative and empowering. It was the perfect balance of yin and yang with amazing energising yoga in the morning and healing yoga with rituals in the evening. They were incredible.

Also the balance between activities and free time was perfect. The food was outstanding. Loved Megan and Larisa so much!

I participated in Mariola and Megan's retreat in Greece as a newbie to astrology. It was a truly special experience and I recommend this to anyone who, like me, might be a little nervous but curious! I was lucky to join a cohort of beautiful souls who made the retreat a magical experience. Mariola and Megan are a wonderful pair with different approaches that complement each other so well! One of the highlights for me was the various workshops where I learned a lot about astrology. In one of these, while sitting at the beach, the participants looked at each other's birth charts. Mariola and Megan guided the readings of each of our charts, while answering many of our questions. It was a very intimate learning experience that allowed me to better understand the different signs, houses, and how each of us can interpret them. It was beautiful to connect with other participants who shared some elements in our charts. It was a very hands-on experience that deepened my understanding and made me more curious to learn more. 

The location is wonderful: warm, next to beautiful beaches and surrounded by nature. The food was very delicious, and the venue felt very intimate, fun, and welcoming. The setting truly made it possible to disconnect from my reality and relax, enjoying the environment and connecting to the land and people around me. The retreat included guided meditations, art practices, classes on astrology for both new and seasoned participants, beautiful rituals under the moonlight, and very gentle but amazing yoga classes. I would love to return in the near future!

Thank you for this truly transformative experience! Every moment held purpose and I am so fortunate to have these memories until the day I die.  Your hard work and genuine guidance has been noticed. Together you two will add more light and self love into people's souls. This retreat I let go of shame - for my body, my abilities, past mistakes and so on. And I have found my favorite parts about me are my humor and newfound ability to be vulnerable.

This retreat was incredible. I felt like it gave me so much nourishment in every way possible & really helped me connect with myself. I felt restored, confident and ready to face anything when I got back home. The food was incredible, the daily yoga was so nice and it felt good to just disconnect and be taken care of, I felt safe and relaxed throughout the entire time. It felt very bespoke as Mariola and Megan were great at checking in with everyone’s mood and pace. It’s also a great way to meet like minded people!

Working with Megan for my astrocartography reading was such a surge of energy that I have needed during a very difficult transition in my life. I think when we are going through especially hard times where the water can be very murky that it is so important to get assistance from a caring and truly intuitive professional like Megan who can help zoom out and really know how to make the most of the time you are in and also see a bit of what may be coming because these times also do not last forever. This session gave me so much insight and aligned my insight and energy in a very powerful way. I'm so glad I did this astro-cartography reading and will definitely come back for more insights on my natal chart and upcoming transits. Such a gift to have this knowledge!

There was a great balance of active practice in the morning and a yin & meditation practice in the evening. The meditation sessions by Megan were so lovely, really enjoyed those and the strong practice in the morning by Larisa was a good challenge and great for building strength! The accommodation and El Cuyo itself were amazing too and we did a kayak tour through a lake filled with Lillies! So beautiful! Food was amazing too! 

Had an unbelievable time with Holistic Project! Megan and Larisa bring different skills and personalities which compliment each other perfectly! Meditation, yoga, good food, and singing around a campfire…. What’s not to love!

I went to my first yoga retreat and had a great time! Previously I had only done yoga in private, never in a group or class setting. I was pleasantly surprised with my ability to keep up. I also got exposure to other various body work and astrology workshops for the first time. I was intrigued by what I learned. The setting was just what I needed, warm and sunny in a very small beach town within reach of amazing sights. Very welcoming accommodations! The week provided enough time and flexibility to get away for little excursions whenever you wanted. The group of people that I met were wonderful! I hope to see them again at another Holistic Soul Project event!

This was a very last minute choice of mine to come. And what a good one it has been. 
Being picked up by Larisa and Megan from the airport, they instantly gave me and another contender such a warm and welcoming feeling. The van drove us to a mystical location with spectacular mountain views. Throughout the week there were many moments like being touched via the scenery. From surprising yoga lessons, beautiful food and workshops to choose from. 
It’s cool that keep it a small group and there is enough space and time for yourself.

J'avais besoin d'un break, j'adore le Portugal et je n'avais pas d'attente particulières. Au-delà du lieu magnifique dans les montagnes, je suis vraiment étonnée de la qualité des profs. La chose que j'ai plus apprécié c'était le planning. Les journées étaient organisées pour nous donner du temps pour nous entre les activités du matin et de l'après-midi. Chaque matin démarrait avec un cours de vinyasa puis le repas, une pause pour profiter de l'endroit et enfin pendant l'après-midi il y avait un workshop et du yin. Chaque prof a apporté sa préparation pour nous surprendre chaque jour. Julie avec sa douceur, nous a fait planer sur nos tapis lors de séances de yoga et nous a aidé avec des conseils d'alimentation. Larisa nous a transmis sa force avec des cours de vinyasa mais aussi nous avons pris soin de nos muscles avec des massages. Megan c'était la plus grande surprise, je n'avais jamais fait de l'hypnose et ses workshops m'ont fait vraiment du bien au delà des attentes: ils m'ont transmis son énergie et ses bonnes vibrations. Merci pour cette magnifique retraite À conseiller et prof à l'écoute du groupe.

The program of the retreat was well done, good variety of activities, enough free time to enjoy private moments. The accommodation was typical of the region, in high altitude around 1400 meters, well located giving so many places to hike around. The teachers/organizers were genuinely kind, helpful and passionate.

A beautiful group of people and a stunning location in the mountains in Portugal. Every aspect added up to make an extraordinary experience. Very sad to leave!

I have been on two Holistic Soul Project retreats and have had wonderful experiences. The first retreat I attended was in the mountains of Mexico at a coffee farm.
The second was in Switzerland.
There was an energizing class each morning and a more relaxing class later in the day. In between there was an activity or workshop to participate in, along with free time.
Meals were delicious and accommodations were comfortable.
I enjoyed meeting people from other countries and have many good memories.
I look forward to attending a retreat next year with Holistic Soul Project !
