Payment + Cancellation Policy
We are a small business supporting other small businesses. Our retreats are unique and exclusive and designed with great care for detail in the off-the-beaten path locations that we select. Please take that in mind when considering investing in yourself with us and be aware of the following non-negotiable cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding.
A $300 USD deposit is required to confirm your reservation. If you need to cancel, this deposit can be used as a deposit toward a different retreat with us, but cannot be refunded. This is the nature of our agreement with the venues, catering, etc. that we choose.
50% of your balance is due within three weeks of the start of the retreat date. Your final balance is due within one week of arriving at the event. Please respect this as we are responsible for serving as conduits between your money and the venues that host us. This involves following currency exchange rules, receiving wire transfers and also adhering to timelines set by the venues, etc.
As time goes on and we get closer to the retreat, we close the event to make sure the group stays intimate. If you cancel with less than 30 days notice, the chance of us filling your spot decreases. By the time we are two or one week away from the event, it's nearly impossible to recuperate the time and money we will have spent in order to arrange and cover your accommodation, food, etc.
Cancellation with 30 days or more of notice: 100% of balance beyond $300 deposit is returned.
Cancellation with three weeks of notice: 50% of balance beyond $300 deposit is returned.
Cancellation with two weeks of notice: 25% of balance beyond $300 deposit is returned.
Cancellation with one week of notice: no refund.
In the very unlikely event that Holistic Soul Project cancels a retreat, all of your money will be returned, including the deposit.
We are not personal travel agents. While we are happy to make recommendations for flights, times and transport options, we are not responsible for missed or delayed transport outside of the confines of the retreat itself.
*We recommend investing in trip insurance, as this is not something that we are able to offer.
